How payments work
Online card payments use Stripe-hosted Checkout. Card details entered there are handled by Stripe. Beauty Map stores the payment references needed to connect a payment to an appointment.
Accounts and access
Professional workspaces require sign-in. Public profiles and directory listings are intended to show business information, not private client records. A phone number alone should never grant access to a client history.
Directory information
A directory entry is not an endorsement or evidence that a business accepts Beauty Map bookings. Licensing, availability, and service suitability should be confirmed directly with the professional.
Certification and procurement
Beauty Map does not claim SOC 2 certification, a completed external security audit, or HIPAA compliance. If your organization requires these, contact us before using the platform for that workload. Contractual service levels are only available when agreed in writing.
Report a security concern
Email support@michaimedia.com with the affected page and a description. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or another person’s private records.
Your information
Read our privacy policy for data handling and request options. Public pages do not load advertising pixels or third-party analytics automatically.
